Upgraid provides digital educational content. Please read this policy carefully.


1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital access:

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

Once access is granted, content cannot be “returned”.


2. Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes
  • Expired access periods
  • Violations of Terms of Service

4. Payment Provider Decisions

If a payment provider issues a refund or reversal independently, access may be revoked.
